The NSA cheese test

  2. It's your first day as a new employee at the NSA, and you've been invited to a cheese and wine party after work.

    The problem is, there will be casual chat about cryptography, and also chat about exotic foreign cheeses. Do you have the necessary knowledge to tell the difference?

    I'm going to present you with a series of ten names. You need to identify whether each one is an encryption algorithm, or a variety of cheese.
