Your score in each category is a measure of how your current bra size (and how you wear your bra, for shoulder strap length) match the size I think you probably need.

A negative number means your bra is too small in the band or cup, or that you wear your shoulder straps too tight. Zero means I think you're wearing the right size. A positive number means too large. The more strongly positive or negative the number, the more drastically wrong your current size is for you.

-1 to -5 means maybe you're the right size, you just need to wear it differently or try a better brand for your size & shape... and maybe play with different sizes to double-check. -5 to -10 means you are at least one full size too small in the band or cup. More than -10 may mean you are more than one full size too small; something is pretty wrong.

If it wasn't obvious from my questions:

- The lower edge of the band should be a flat line all the way around you. If it rides up, your shoulder straps are too tight, which you probably did because your cups are too small and aren't supporting you enough. Almost all women over-tighten the shoulder straps.

- The front of your bra (or the underwire, if you have one) should always be snug against your chest even with your arms lifted up. If there's any gap, or any bulge above or below the cup, your cup is too small. If there's any wrinkling or looseness to the cup, the cups are too big. They should be snug against you.

- If the band digs into your sides at all, it's too small. You should generally be fastening on the middle hooks; using the loosest hooks may mean the band's too small.

- Unless you have medical problems like a nerve pinch or a recovering injury, you shouldn't be sore after wearing your bra for even 12 hours. Soreness and red marks or indentations are your #1 sign that you don't have the right size.

It's worth experimenting with different styles and brands - sizes vary wildly. The key is to start with the cup. You need a cup large enough to always sit flat on your chest, have no bulge above the fabric line, and be snug against your breast. Once that's right, you try bands until you find a combination of cup & band that fits. You may have to go up a cup when you drop a band.

Most women are wearing too large a band and too small a cup, or rather, if they stayed on their current band and went to the right cup size, the band would now be too big. (Remember that cup sizes are relative to the bands - the "C" in a 16C or 38C is a lot bigger than the C in a 10C or 32C.)
